Ingredients

1/3 cup shelled Pea
1/4 cup Rice Flakes
Mustard Seeds
1/4 cup chopped Onion
1 tsp chopped Green Chilli
1/4 cup Tomato
1 tsp Oil
1 tsp Lime Juice
Few Coriander Leaves

4-5 Strawberry
1/2 cup Banana
1/2 cup Vanilla Yogurt
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp Honey
Pinch of Cinnamon
1 cup Ice

Preparations

1. Heat oil in pan crack mustard seeds.Then add chopped onion,chilli & tomato.
2. Wash rice flakes.Then add pea & rice flaks & mix it well. Cook for few minutes.

For the Smoothie:
1. Add the strawberry,banana, vanilla yogurt,milk and honey to the food processor and mix for 20 to 30 seconds, until it will become smooth and creamy.

Serving Size

1 cup Green Pea Poha (1/3 cup Pea & 1/4 cup Rice Flakes) + 1 cup Fruit Smoothie
