With the thirst of exploring different facets of Nutrition and Health, she has worked with leading fitness websites and has a number of articles and blogs on different aspects of nutrition, physical activity, health and lifestyle, to her credit. She is enrolled as a Life Member of Indian Dietetic Association, Chandigarh Chapter. Being a keen learner and an ardent sports person herself, Manveen portrays a pleasant personality, demonstrated with great perseverance. Making her hobby as her passion, she has captained and represented the Chandigarh Girls Roller Hockey Team at the Nationals. I have 1 year experience as a dietitian with a business development team in a leading wellness company. I have done my Masters In foods and nutrition from Amity University, Noida and B.Sc. (Home Science) from Institute of Home Economics, Delhi University. I did my internship in Max Hospital, Saket. I have done my dissertation from an NGO “Save the children India”. I have a normal BMI with 53 KG weight. I have done one year training in yoga and also performed in college and inter-college yoga competitions. I love dancing, singing and swimming. Remember, when your body is hungry, it wants NUTRIENTS, not CALORIES. Focus on being healthy, not skinny.
